Closed Directory is a reaction to the so-called "Open" Directory, which is so hard to get your site listed on, that it might as well be considered closed. We don't believe in high and mighty Cyber Barons lording it over the lowly web peasants. Although the Closed Directory is human reviewed, human edited and human monitored, we're neither the FBI nor the KGB: all sites that follow our guidelines are allowed in.
